IMPORTANT NOTES:
Delegate: an individual serving on Council (includes alternate delegate), a committee, a subcommittee, a task force, a working group or a Section Board. Chairpersons of Committees may permit other individuals to attend and participate as observers at Committee meetings, including staff members of Full Members and other non-actuaries. The Secretariat will communicate with non-delegates only if their attendance has been disallowed. In the absence of any notification to the contrary, please assume that your attendance is permitted.
Non-Delegates: may attend the meetings at a cost of $250 CAD per day, which includes two coffee breaks and lunch. The Secretariat will communicate with non-delegates if their attendance has been disallowed.
In the event of space limitations, priority for attendance at the IAA Meetings and Dinner will be given to Delegates.
Coffee breaks and lunches are open to meeting attendees only. For logistical and financial reasons, attendance is not permitted to accompanying persons.
Cancellations: In order to receive a refund (Non-Delegate Daily Registration Fee or Official Dinner), cancellations must be sent to Anne Lamarche no later than November 6, 2019. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received thereafter.

Photographs will be taken of attending delegates during various sessions, events, breaks and lunches. All photographs remain the sole propriety of the IAA and may be used for Newsletters, Annual Reports and Social Media feeds (Example: Twitter, Facebook etc.), at the IAA's sole discretion. By registering for the Council and Committee meetings, registrants hereby give permission to the IAA for use of any photograph taken during this event.
