Eligible participants and registration fees
Please note that Chairpersons of Committees may permit other individuals to attend and participate in Committee meetings, including staff of Full Members and other non-actuaries.
The Secretariat will communicate with non-delegates only if their attendance has been disallowed. In the absence of any notification to the contrary, please assume your attendance is permitted.
In the event of space limitations, priority for attendance at the IAA Meetings and Dinner will be given to Delegates.
Registration Deadline: May 5, 2024
Cancellations: In order to receive a refund (Non-Delegate Daily Registration Fee or Official Dinner), cancellations must be sent to Anne Lamarche no later than May 9, 2024. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received thereafter.
For logistical reasons and to ensure a smooth registration process, please carefully review the information below before you register.
To ensure you have a printed name badge, and that your name appears on the rosters and attendance sheets, please register before the deadline. No exceptions will be permitted.
Your meeting registration is attached to your IAA database record. If you are unsuccessful in accessing your website account, do not create a new one. Please contact Anne Lamarche and she will assist you.
Ensure you select the correct “Registration Category” as each session is linked to them. By choosing the wrong one, this may prevent you from seeing the appropriate registration options.
Not all sessions are open to observers. Please respect these restrictions (they appear in each session description).
