CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

If you have to cancel your participation, you may send a substitute. You are kindly asked to contact the AFIR / LIFE 2009 Secretariat before the Colloquium with the name of the substitute.

Cancellation requests received before July 1, 2009, will be refunded 100 %, requests received before August 1, 2009, will be refunded 50 % of the registration fee. After this date, no refunds will be made.

BURSARIES

Several bursaries for participants submitting a talk will be granted to help finance attendance at the 3rd IAA LIFE Colloquium or the 19th IAA AFIR Colloquium. In granting a bursary preference will be given to applicants who are under the age of 30 and are residents of countries with a Gross National Product (GNP) lower than US $15,000 per capita.
