Cambridge Journals to publish the ASTIN Bulletin

The IAA is pleased to announce that it has entered into partnership with the Cambridge University Press (CUP) to publish ASTIN Bulletin – The Journal of the IAA. ASTIN Bulletin encompasses all of the scientific sections of the IAA, and publishes papers that are relevant to any branch of actuarial science and insurance mathematics.

“The International Actuarial Association is delighted with our choice of Cambridge as the new publisher of its flagship scientific journal,” remarked IAA President Kurt Wolfsdorf. “ASTIN Bulletin has a long tradition of excellence dating over sixty years, and we look forward to working with Cambridge to maintain and enhance the journal’s reputation as one of the world's leading actuarial journals.”

ASTIN Bulletin was founded in 1958 as a journal providing an outlet for actuarial studies in non-life insurance. The scope of the journal was extended in the late 1980’s and once again in 2007 to its present form to encompass all of the scientific sections of the IAA. The journal will be available in print and electronic formats and digitized as part of the Cambridge Journals Digital Archive.
