Available to current members of the IACA, IAAHS and/or PBSS Sections & the Actuarial Society of Hong Kong (ASHK). Registrants who are non-IAA Section members can join any of the following IAA Sections IACA, IAAHS and/or PBSS at: http://www.actuaries.org/Join_Section/) to benefit from the lower registration fee. Verification letter from your institution or organization is required to qualify for the Academic fee.

* Day registrants can purchase tickets for the Gala Dinner at the time of registration. Ticket price per person is HK$1,000.

Registration Procedure

You are advised to read the registration information carefully before submission. If you register online, you will immediately receive an acknowledgement email advising you of your registration number after successful submission. If you do not receive the acknowledgement email, it may be due to an error in the email address. Please contact the Colloquium Secretariat if you have any queries.

To enjoy the Early-Bird rate, registration must reach the Colloquium Secretariat with appropriate payment no later than 29 February 2012 (HK Time).

 

Payment

Payment of registration fees must be made in Hong Kong Dollars by the following methods:

1. Credit Card: Visa / MasterCard / American Express
2. Cheque in Hong Kong Dollar payable to "International Conference Consultants Limited" (For Hong Kong participants only)
3. Bank transfer: Please contact the Colloquium Secretariat if payment is by bank transfer. Any bank charges by local bank or intermediate bank must be borne by the remitter.

Rules and Regulations:

1. Each registrant should complete a separate registration form.
2. Registration received without payment will NOT be processed. Please do NOT send cash.
3. A letter of confirmation will be sent by email upon receipt of your registration and full payment. Kindly check the letter of confirmation. Any changes or alterations must be made in writing to the Colloquium Secretariat.
4. Refund for cancellation or registration will be made and subject to the following deadline and administrative charge:

Cancellations received on or before 6 March 2012 (HK Time):	50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
Cancellations received after 7 March 2012 (HK Time):	No refund

All cancellations must be made in writing to the Colloquium Secretariat and the refund will be made after the Colloquium. If you have to cancel your participation, you may send a substitute. All we ask is that you contact us by 23 April 2012 with the name of the substitute.

5. The program is subject to change without prior notice. In the unlikely event of cancellation of the Colloquium, the only liability of the Organizers is to refund all the fees paid.
6. The prevailing exchange rate is approximately US$1 = HK$7.7. All the payments are in Hong Kong Dollars only.
7. The information provided in this form will only be used for the purpose of processing your registration and communicating with you on matters related to the Colloquium.
