Gala Dinner

Our Gala Evening for the Colloquium will be a New England Clambake.

We will create the feel and fun of a New England Clambake as if we were on the beaches of Cape Cod or Martha’s Vineyard with a natural décor of beach grasses and flowers such as hydrangea, roses, and summer styled field flowers which speak of New England beaches and islands.

To enhance the theme the cocktail area will be accented by beach umbrellas and the entrances will be flanked by beach grasses, local style flowers and garlands of beach balls and summer hats and with the natural sounds of the ocean in the background the feeling of a beach party will be complete.

The food will feature all the favorites of a real New England Clambake at the shore with a wide selection of seafood appetizers and entrees including, of course, lobsters, clams, and mussels.

Wear your casual clothes and be ready for an informal and fun evening at the shore.
