Cancellation
Cancellation or alterations should be sent in writing to the Colloquium Secretariat via e-mail at meetings@casact.org or fax at +1-703-276-3108. Cancellations received before 14 April 2007 will be refunded 80 percent of the registration fee. After this date, no refunds will be made.

A bursary to cover the Colloquium expenses will be provided for a limited number of actuaries from emerging countries. Applicants for bursaries should send a letter requesting a bursary along with their curriculum vitae by e-mail, mail, or fax by 31 January 2007 to:

For those traveling to the ASTIN Colloquium with children:
- Children are welcome at the Tuesday Welcome Party for the following fees:
2 years old and younger Free
Age 3 – 20 years old $70
Age 21 and older $140
- Children age 16 or older are welcome on the Wednesday Innovation in Action Tour by Disney Institute for $100
- Children are welcome to attend the Thursday Excursion to NASA for the following fees, and there will also be designated family-friendly buses transporting attendees to NASA:
2 years old and younger Free
Age 3 – 20 years old $150
Age 21 and older $225
- Children are welcome on the Friday Half-Day Excursion to Cypress Gardens for $55
- Friday’s 50th Anniversary Gala Dinner at Epcot® is for Delegates and Accompanying Persons ONLY, no children permitted. (Please refer to Accommodation Information regarding Disney’s childcare programs.)
