We are very proud to be able to host the ASTIN Colloquium in The Hague, The Netherlands, to take place from 21 May to 24 May, 2013.

On the 24th of May, we will celebrate the 125th anniversary of Het Actuarieel Genootschap for which ASTIN delegates will be able to register as well. The Colloquium´s objective is to promote the publication of papers that contribute to the betterment and enhancement of the Actuarial Profession. We invite you to participate in this event by travelling to The Netherlands, as well as by presenting papers to promote actuarial knowledge. The topics covered will be:

Scientific Committee

Apart from the keynote speaker sessions, the presentation of scientific papers will be a significant part of the program. You are therefore cordially invited to actively participate and send your paper to the Scientific Committee. The conditions for the acceptance of papers are included in the Call for Papers section on this webpage. 
Please be aware of these important dates for sending in your scientific paper:

  • Deadline for sending your (complete) paper: 31 March 2013
  • Acknowledgement of receipt: 15 April 2013
  • Confirmation of acceptance of the paper: 15 April 2013
  • Publication of list of accepted papers on the website: 1 May 2013

This event is a great opportunity for the exchange of ideas, points of view and opinions which can be of great help in the improvement of our professional background as well as to faster continuous education.
